Every time I look at this logo, I think of genetically modified foods. The little extra leg of the "m" seems to poke out, like a bulbous growth on an apple, or a peach with two pits. I know, I know...it's a doube "M" for Metropolitan Market, but to me it looks like a growth. And it makes me not want to buy food there.
